"I've been meaning to write to you for a while about how much the CORE SWING has helped reinvigorate my golf game. After several frustrating summers of playing inconsistently, I was introduced to your program. Although I find all aspects of the CORE SWING program helpful, I have really latched onto the concept of working on the balance dome to improve balance in my swing. I learned that the cure for my "swing plane" problems (which I had been working to correct for years) was really the result of poor balance and tempo. The balance dome exercise has really been the answer. Now, when I am on the golf course and my swing goes awry, I play on the "virtual balance dome" -- that is, I imagine I am standing on the dome while swinging. It always improves my situation -- I slow down my swing, stay in balance, and make a better turn. I consider this swing thought a staple for my game now. I rely on it as a fundamental to my game. Thanks for introducing me to the CORE SWING. I am back to enjoying the great game of golf again. And I gave it to my in-laws for Christmas and they love it, too!"

"I totally lost my golf swing last summer. After several golf lessons and much practice on the range, I was still not able to correct the dreaded SHANK. I started watching the CORE SWING DVD and went back to the basics and voila...my swing came back. I still watch the DVD and it keeps me focused on the proper turn and follow through. It is a great warm up before I go and play golf. I also do the Balance Training Workout and it has really helped my balance and core strength."

"Believe it or not I heard about CORE SWING from my hair stylist. She gave me the web site and the rest is history. I am coming off major back surgery and am in the midst of physical therapy. I watched the DVD last night while I was doing my already prescribed exercises. At first I thought the tape was weak ( I have been playing golf for 40 years; college team, etc.) but mid-way through I could tell that it is not a sissy work-out. I am excited to make the CORE SWING part of my routine."

"I wanted to let you know how much the CORE SWING program has helped my golf game. One of the problems I have had with my game is too much movement in my legs, resulting in an unstable and not very powerful golf swing. With CORE SWING, I have been able to learn how to shift my weight in the proper way, and stay in balance as I coil and release the club. I think this would be very difficult to learn how to do without the instant feedback you get from the balance dome. In addition, practicing with the Momentus Club has given me a better understanding of what my swing path should be, and I am better able to make "on course" corrections when I run into difficulties. Another benefit is increased leg and core strength from balance training, which translates into a better golf swing. As a result of working with this program, I am able to hit the ball farther with a better flight path than before and my handicap has come down 5 strokes this year! As someone who is trying to learn golf as an adult, I couldn't be more pleased with the progress I have made. Now if I could only putt! Thanks again for all your help"

"I am so excited with the noted improvement in my overall golf game since I was introduced to the CORE SWING training program. A woman's center of gravity is her lower torso hence in order to move a load, a woman naturally stars the movement with her hips. Almost instantly, in working with the balance dome, and then stepping off, one learns a whole new awareness and new muscle memory. It totally quiets the hips and lower torso, creating a firm base from which to initiate the swing. The results are amazing. Something I never realized after YEARS of golf lessons. I am also recovering from knee surgery. Working out with the program helped me regain strength in both my legs! I have also lowered my handicap by three points!!! It is an awesome program. Thank you."

"CORE SWING was introduced to me during a lesson by Andrea Kellar, a Golf Pro at Interlachen Country Club. Balance was a key factor in my golf swing and balance training helped me with my irons, driver and fairway woods. The surprise to me was that it also helped me with my putting and chipping! Balance training helps me get the sense for what my body feels like when I am perfectly balanced in my swing. I use it in practice and before I go out for a round. Balance is a key factor in golf and this product works!"

"I was a 26 handicap in 2004. After training with CORE SWING for 2 years my course handicap has dropped to 15 (12.5 USGA Index). I have been playing golf all my life and nothing has impacted my game like this has. Balance is the key. Feeling the strength in your core and base at address while training (especially doing the swing drills on the DVD) is something you can replicate out on the golf course. The balance dome helps you become aware of that feeling. When you have to make a shot, and you put your focus on balance (something you can actually control!), you have just put yourself in the best place ever to achieve a great shot. So I have to say, CORE SWING not only helped me physically, but mentally. I was thrilled to have won our country club's most cherished award--single greatest reduction of handicap in one season. A confident golfer is a happy golfer. CORE SWING helps make you a confident, happy golfer!"
