Concept: The Player
This workout is created by golfers for golfers; no spandex or gym required. It feels like golf and it's fun to do!
Each drill and exercise has a golf benefit. Our goal is to make you stronger and more flexible; a golfer who can feel his/her coil and release and know when he/she is doing it correctly. It's self diagnostic. You can feel it and make the correction--even out on the golf course.
